Start Here.. Using the Wheel!

Since the two wheels vary slightly, this article will cover basic use, and setup/techniques that are the same.

What are we after here?

With the wheel, we are forcing blood flow up the bulbo-urethral artery, through the glans, and out the dorsal vein very quickly.

This pulls a vacuum (negative pressure, or blood leaving that needs to be replaced) that floods even more blood into the member via the tributary veins. This activates the Bulbo-Dorsal circuit. Researchers have stated that "this circuit is a natural design of the body purposely designed to grow the male member.

How do I know if I'm ready?

You are always free to begin the movement or exercise by hand. It can become fatiguing and will not be as effective as the wheel - so if you're not seeing results, do not rule out these methods and exercises entirely.

You know you're ready to continue training when:

  1. You can do the exercise properly.
  2. You can push blood with every stroke.

If not, you might be seeing signs that you need to start smaller. This might mean becoming less toxic, improving the health of your pelvic floor, improving the mind-body connection, increasing NO production naturally, etc. These signs include:

  1. You cannot maintain the erection for more than 30 seconds
  2. If your copora spongiosum flattens (see below for illustration)

Normally, what we're after is a healthy, turgid, "proud" and triangular corpus spongiosum! This is a good thing. This also contributes tremendously to girth and growing your CS can grow the girth of your member. This will provide a better sexual experience for your partner and will look more anatomically correct.

As you begin your training, you may find that you have a deflated or collapsed corpus spongiosum, which suggests poor blood retention, vascular atrophy, or venous insufficiency. It is underfilled with blood and will keep you from completing the exercise properly.

Instructions

Setup:

Lying on your back is the safest and most effective. It is not recommended to perform while sitting or standing.

Apply lubricant to the CS and any area that the wheel will touch.

Ensure that you are exercising on a fully engorged corpus spongiosum.

Some customers like to place a small hand towel between their member and their stomach. This assumes your glans is pointed at your face, much like a "texas tuck" position. Find a setup that is comfortable and works for you.

Beginning:

Start slowly, or at a moderate pace.

Spin the wheel at a speed that makes you stay fully engorged.

You are now at a position where you will be completing your workout/session in accordance with the plan you have set for yourself. Please see the progress tracking plan article.

Wrapping Up:

As your workout comes to a close, wipe any excess lubricant off the wheel with a clean towel. Cleaning up water-based lube is easier, since it's water-soluble. A damp towel or wet wipes can make quick work of it. Cleaning silicone-based lubricant is more difficult, since it repels water.

Store your wheel in a safe place for next time.
